IMPORTANT CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION

Due to the current situation, we have had to make important and difficult decisions, for the safety of our staff. The coronavirus outbreak has resulted in us temporarily having to freeze some parts of the Collecticus service, including the delay to any new issues of the magazine. All subscriptions will be frozen until further notice.

In respect of the auctions for issues 230 (March) and 231 (April), which have closing dates of 6 April and 4 May respectively, the current plan is for these auctions to continue and close as normal.

However, for the safety of our staff, our despatch department is now temporarily closed, meaning we will not be able to post the usual letters to our buyers and sellers once the auctions close. However, you will still receive this information via email. Our intention is for any subscribers without an email address to be phoned instead.

As our despatch department is temporarily closed, unfortunately, any items purchased from us may not be posted for the foreseeable future. We will post all items once our despatch department opens. We deeply apologise for this, but hope that with the current situation you will understand. If you would prefer to receive a refund, please let us know. If you have purchased items from a Subscriber, please allow for delays also as they may not be in an immediate position to be able to post the item(s) to you.

For our sellers that have already listed items into the next magazine (Issue 232 - the May 2020 issue), these listings will remain open. However, because there will be no magazine to publish your listings, we will be extending the closing date from 1 June 2020 until 1 August 2020. However, please be aware that this closing date may be amended again, depending on the situation.

If you do not wish to have the closing date on your items extended, please let us know and we will remove them from sale and refund you the listing fee.

We already have some interesting items lined up for the next issue of the magazine and can't wait to resume normal service.

Meanwhile, we hope you stay safe and well.

PLEASE NOTE: Items featured in Fun & Profit From Collectables are subject to postage and packing. The cost of postage and packing is added after the final hammer price, and will be £2.95, regardless of how many items are purchased.
